MVP merchant?
Why does she always get MVP? I die once or twice and she instantly steals it from me lol

I recently picked up Angela and I have been playing her a lot over the past week or so, and while I'm by no means an expert, her kit feels somewhat incomplete to me.
Compared to other form/stance switchers like Emma, White Fox, Cloak and Dagger, etc., switching Angela to ground mode doesn't change any of her abilities. It even takes away one of her abilities, Assassin's Charge, rendering it unusable until you switch back to flight mode.
Let's look at some of the other form/stance switchers abilities first though.
Next, what does Angela get to do in ground mode?
So, I propose adding an additional ability to her ground mode. This ability would use the same hotkey and replace her Assassin's Charge. Her shield would remain unchanged.
Currently Angela only has one way to gain attack charge in ground mode, by blocking damage with her shield. In flight mode, Angela has 2 ways to gain attack charge, by blocking with her shield and by flying forward/charging. This new ability would seek to add some balance to both modes, since ground mode is only really useful to finish off low health enemies or to combine with her ultimate for some extra damage.
This new ability would actually make ground mode Angela a more viable playstyle, and encourage switching between the 2 modes more. It would make Angela less of a backline menace and give her more of a presence on the frontline. The current playstyle could still be utilized, even though NetEase seems to be pushing for a change to it with the cooldown nerfs and lack of bug fixes on her charge.
As for specific details on the ability, it would travel forward in downward arc, with a projectile speed similar to that of Thor's "Hammer Throw" ability. The axe would do damage on contact with an enemy, as well as apply a DoT similar to that of her ultimate and field of ichors. A full duration DoT would fill her attack charge meter by half or so.
I haven't yet come up with specific damage numbers or cooldown length, but it would not be a hard CC with a stun like Bucky's hook, but a soft CC that would be escapable with a movement ability, so there would be some counterplay to it.
I really don't think this addition would make her busted and would be a lot of fun, but I would love to hear some thoughts from the community!
Also, just a quick note, but for any Overwatch players, this ability would work in fundamentally the same way as Junker Queen's "Jagged Blade" ability.
