Does the M&S Wheat Free Platter have Dairy?
I'm guessing it has dairy in some of it but is it in all of it? I couldn't find an ingredients list online. We'd be pre-ordering but all the non-gluten people also can't have dairy.

I'm writing a story involving a school in the UK in the 1830s. I am going to be having my character learning Greek and Latin in a multi-teacher classroom. Does anyone have any book recommendations for the following?
Old school books from the period
Lessons from the period (books of lessons and instruction)
Latin or Greek call and response books
Accounts from the period about the content of lessons
I am a bit of a geek about UK school history so I have a lot of general history books on schooling and fictional school books set in the era, but I can't find a lot that isn't nearly irrelevant or £50 per book type thing.

I've noticed (as I'm sure everyone has) that the quality of everything is getting worse. Now you have to look for very specific products that are too expensive not to get screwed over in quality and even then it's uncertain if you'll get quality.
Ingredients are swapped for cheaper or padded out, products are smaller, things break easily and prices are higher. Price seems to be no certain guarantee of quality because everything's a ripoff now.
My question is, are the rich affected by this? Are we all being screwed over or is it just the majority of us? Can spending stupid amounts really buy certain, assured quality or is it still a roulette?
