Cyst on Back.

Hey all,

I recently found out I have a cyst, well it was confirmed a few weeks ago by my dermatologist. Initially it was a small bump on my mid back which my wife noticed back in January or February and I've probably had it on there longer than that. I never really noticed it or had it bother me, it pretty much looked like my normal skin but slightly rised, so we took it as just being a pimple or ingrown hair. Well fast forward to mid spring and it sort of started to bother me and give me some back pain.

I suffer from chronic joint/back pain so didn't really think much of it at the time and it was still the the same size maybe slightly larger...the size of a raisin. Finally booked an appointment with my derm and was seen in July for another issue and I brought it up to my DR and they confirmed it's a cyst and at this time it still wasn't that bad, so they said I can either leave it alone or get it removed...at the time I decided to leave it alone...well fast forward to this past Wednesday and it's ballooned to the size of a grape or cherry and it's even more painful and uncomfortable, not an extreme pain, but just annoying. Called the Derm office back and they set me up for a procedure the last day of August. I was hoping they'd be able to get me in next week because boy do I want this thing gone now.

I guess it's better then waiting months to be seen. I'm starting to think it's 100% a blocked sweat duct/gland because I work in Manual Labor so this past week I've been working in an extremely hot and humid building where I've been profusely sweating and sitting in drenched clothes for 9-10 hrs a day, and I believe it seriously contributed to this thing just exploding in size.

How many of youve had one removed? How was the procedure was it extremely painful? What about afterwards? How was the healing process? How much limitations did it place? Will I be Able to go back to work immediately?

I don't know why this thing is stressing me out more than it should 😅

Debit card and App?

Hi all, I'm new to skyrizi. Technically haven't started yet, kinda gotta throw some shade at CVS/Carmark for no communicating effectively or at all, nowhere did it mention I had to call them to schedule a shipment 😑 poor texts.

However, ? I was in the process of setting up the complete app, but can't sign in at the moment, anyone else experiencing technical issues with it? And another ? If anyone is aware what's the thing about this Debit Card? A skyrizi rep mentioned it to me and the CVS agent as well. I have the savings card, but what's this about a debit card and how do I obtain it?

Need advice

What's up everyone, need some tips or advice on building some more muscle and just getting a bit more tone and stronger.

Last August I weighed the most I have ever in my life. 242LBs at 5"11...to date I've dropped 68 lbs and weight 174...I'm dropping another 4 lbs to get down to 170. I work an active job in construction, so I get in about 9-10K steps a day.

My next goal is to just start doing push-ups, which I've already begun doing...I do have free weights at home as well bench, bar, dumbbells, mace, and I've got a spin bike and row machine.

I did sign up for a gym before the new year...only ended up going a few times because I signed up at a bad time for myself and I'm generally exhausted after work to contemplate going to the gym during the week. I did a week or so with a personal trainer and it showed me how terrible my forms were for some of the workouts I was doing lol. Anyone have a good YouTube video that would be able to assist me with that or any tips would be helpful.

I guess for me it's just the mental aspect of actually utilizing my equipment after work...I need to break that hurdle.. what are some tips you guys would recommend or have you been in the same position? What did you do to overcome it? Should I just focus on pushups until I can do 100+ easily?

Managed to meet my goal under a year.

Damn, last August I was weighing in at 242. The heaviest I've been my whole life, and now I'm at 174.00. My initial goal was 180 and than changed it to 175, and now I'm going down to 170 and maintaining after that, and working out more to tone up.

The hardest part was during Ramadan. I work in construction, so that made it a bit more challenging as well, but I remained committed and still maintained my deficit. I just had to rearrange a few things, and for that month I'd make sure to always be up early during my morning meal time and make sure I at least consume close to 50% of my calories that day to fuel me until sunset. I would pound back 8 hard boiled eggs, a glass of kefir, and attempt to at least drink. 24+ OZ of water. Honestly, with the fasting there'd be mornings where I didn't even want anything to eat, and would sometimes just go off a protein bar, water, and a coffee. It has been a journey and will continue to be.

Oh, and don't knock yourself down if you over-eat one day. There would be cheat days where honestly I definitely over consumed. However, I read a comment on one of these subreddits about weight loss...it's kind of like brushing your teeth...if you don't brush them for one night/day you won't get a cavity, don't quote me on that lol 😂 don't remember it exactly, but that's how I've treated things and it has worked.

My collection

The standard blu-rays outside of Dogs and Cats are ones I've had for a while. I use to have more that I bought or I got for free through the original release of the PS3 where there was an offer to claim free blu-rays if you sent back the slip that came with the PS3. That's actually how my original BR collection started. I believe I've either gotten rid of them or they're somewhere in my parents basement, I'll have to check next time I go over. The 4Ks are most recent purchases.

How'd you get into collecting? Oh also not pictured is the movie MoonLight on BR... Didn't realize it fell behind my shelf.

Duplicates Prime Day

Well, looks like Amazon had a hectic prime day or their system glitched lol. I ordered these 3 and Wall-E. All four were delivered last week, but today I received another copy of these 3 and a 2nd copy of Wall-E being delivered next week. Initially I thought something was hung up on their end system wise because I got an email saying there was a delay in my order, but then shortly after i got confirmation my order was delivered, well I check my page again to see the status of another order and I saw that these movies were out for Delivery today which was odd. I guess I can keep a copy of each sealed now.

Tickets

Anyone purchase any single game tickets for this upcoming season? I've previously waited to purchase tickets. However, I'm not positive about this year. I know generally tickets would lower in price once the season started, but with the new stadium and demand I'm not sure if that will be a thing unless the Bills get off to an awful start.
