Hello! This might be a long shot, but I am looking for a doctor (gynecologist or psychiatrist) who is competent, caring and knowledgeable about premenstrual syndrome / premenstrual exacerbation.

I don't care if it's a woman or a man, if they have conventionné status or not or the languages they speak. Both Brussels and surroundings are fine.

(I am not looking into naturopaths or similar practitioners.)

The current wildfires in Southern Europew got me thinking: what would be the best preparations to make, if one lives / find themself in such a place?

[I am especially concerned for pets, since an evacuation would certainly be stressful for them (notably for cats). If you can spare a thought about this, it will be much appreciated!]

Hi! I am looking to substitute the Google environment. To keep my worflow efficient, I am looking for: 1) email account, 2) cloud storage and, crucially and ideally, 3) a text document editor. A calendar would be a nice-have, but it's not fundamental (I guess I can get it somewhere else).

I know Proton mail offers all this. The thing is, I have not been able to find anything about their environmental commitments -and this is important for me.

Tuta mail would tick all the boxes, except the text document one...

Do you have any recommendations / advice? (Please, bear in mind that I am not a tech-savvy person.)

I am looking at options to install an external curtain in a big window door that gets lots of afternoon sun.

I keep reading contradictory information about which is the best colour for that: answers are either black/dark or white... I don't know what to make of this information. Is there a right answer here and, if yes, which?

Alternatively, would UV-blocking vinyl be a better option? (I have to take into account that I feel confident in my abilities to install the curtain, but not so much the vinyl.)
