So disappointed in Ev service

Can’t believe how bad this is getting.
Took truck in in the 22nd because it said “service high voltage system” got it back, they said it only needed an update. Leaving their parking lot everything started going back on.
Bought it back on the 25th as that was the next available appointment. I was told they needed a part and it “should be ready on the 29th/30th (Mon/tue).
All week no call, so on Fri the 3rd I call. Apparently they are still waiting on the part that hasn’t arrived yet and might be in the next week. But no guarantee.
Called the Chev Ev concierge for help as this is getting frustrating. They can’t help and can only send a customer service survey AFTER it is fixed. ( but who knows when it will get fixed.)
So now another week without truck with no actual date of when this mysterious part might arrive even though they should actually have a date if they actually ordered it.
Losing tons of money and cancelling plans every weekend because we don’t have the truck.
Was offered a Bolt ev as a loner or a rental truck. Neither are very helpful, definitely don’t have the extra $300/$400 for gas every weekend, (as we are at two weekends now) and a bolt definitely isn’t close to a comparable vehicle as a Silverado Ev.
My chev app is now showing more issues than what I brought it in with. So what is actually happening with my truck ?! Dealership said it is just sitting waiting to get worked on. Again waiting for this mysterious part with no known arrival date that just gets put from one week to the next week.

Prior to this we were looking to get another ev to replace wife’s SUV but definitely won’t be looking at chev anymore. A week and half later and no actual information or help Is beyond disappointing.

Battery would only charge to 66%
Dash said “service high voltage”
Regen stopped working.
A/c stopped putting out cold air

First appointment i mentioned others had similar issues on a Reddit form but was assured it was only an update issue.

I guess mentioning Reddit just made them mad lol.

Chevrolet should be doing better.
