Solo software founder seeking funding to grow RCB Software + launch Taavo

Hey everyone,

I’m Ryel, founder of RCB Software LLC, a small software company I started in 2022. I build websites, web apps, internal business systems, dashboards, and automation for small businesses.

I’m currently looking for a relatively small amount of funding to give the business more runway while I increase client acquisition and launch a product I’ve been building called Taavo.

Taavo is a Medellín-first app for remote workers, founders, freelancers, and other people who sometimes work alone. The basic idea is simple: open the app, see where people like you are working today, and join or create a small coworking session at a public venue.

I’m the sole founder/developer, so development costs are extremely lean. Most of the funding would go toward:

  • Keeping RCB Software operating while I focus heavily on sales
  • Marketing and customer acquisition
  • Taavo launch and initial user acquisition in Medellín
  • Infrastructure, software, and operating expenses
  • Giving me enough runway to turn both client work and Taavo into more predictable recurring revenue

RCB Software already has real client work behind it, and Taavo is an actual product being built, not just an idea or pitch deck.

I’m open to discussing different structures depending on the person and amount involved, including a small business loan, private investment, or another arrangement that makes sense for both sides.

I’m not expecting someone to blindly send money based on a Reddit post. I’m happy to privately share the company information, existing work, Taavo, financial needs, use of funds, and answer questions for anyone seriously interested.

If you fund small software businesses or early-stage founder-led products, I’d be happy to talk.

Thanks for reading.

Me ayudaría mucho saber:

  1. ¿Usarían algo así si trabajan remoto?
