Is this a good spot for a ground(after it gets sanded down)? The supercap is acting as a distribution block for the grounds of the 2 amps and the sub. My car is a 2017 camry se. The alternator I have is pushing 250 amp, the 2 amplifiers I have is the Sam150 2 channel and SIA1750D. Does that bracket connect to the unibody? Is this a good ground for my system?
As I’ve mentioned on a couple of posts before hand, I am working on installing an M15. Right now I am in a slight pickle. I finished doing all the electrical, installing new door woofers and tweeters, and connecting all the amps to the proper connections. Everything so far does turn on and door woofer/tweeters work. However I’ve come across a new problem. I’m installing this system in a 2017 camry 2.5L, so the engine bay is fairly tight. Without thinking ahead, I decided to run my power wire both coming from the alternator to the battery and battery going to the trunk across the top of the engine where the spark plugs and fuel lines are. Now I only realized this was a fuck up when I pulled my car out of the garage and the electromagnetic interference start to fuck with those systems. How do y’all recommend I run the power wire? We already have a spot in the grommet on the passenger side on the glove box, so ideally we keep it running through there.
