Panic Attack or Anxiety attack on lexapro
To start this off i have been taking 5mg Lexapro for 3 weeks with very minimal side effects. So last night i took a shower which already throws me off (struggling with shower anxiety) then I'm sitting in my bed, my 2yr old (who shares a room with us rn) was screaming his little head off bc he didnt want to go to sleep (toddler tantrum) its very overwhelming and all of a sudden I feel like coldness go from my head to my toes, I feel like that sinking feeling in my gut, heart start to race and I get really shaky and nauseous and a bit dizzy and generally feel like crap. I ended up taking my lexapro an hour late due to how I was feeling. It lasted for almost 2 hours. Idk what it was but now I'm anxious that it'll happen again tonight during bedtime routine. I have felt like crap all day and I'm so so tired and a bit dizzy. I haven't really been able to eat today because I'm nauseous. Someone tell me if I'm going crazy or not 🫣🙃
