Help with encouraging my new beardie to eat greens

Hey there, dragon fam!

We got a three-month old red monster last week and she is just the cutest! We've had her for 7 days now and she is in a nice 120-gallon custom enclosure we built with lots of hiding spots and enrichment climbing sticks. However, so far she is only interested in eating bugs (roaches, crickets, and meal worms). I know at this age they should have a diet of 80% bugs and 20% greens, but I can't seem to get her interested in eating any of the fresh salad I put in every morning. I even try showing her roaches and worms that I put right into the salad but she won't move up, she just waits for them to be presented in front of her. When we try to present her with greens, she eats nothing. Is this normal for such a young and freshly homed dragon? Any advice on getting her to eat greens?

Question on sanitization

I had two red eyed tree frogs passageway recently, very sad. Both suddenly turned dark/blackish hue and were dead in two days. I plan to switch to white tree frogs as a much heartier pet option. However, what would you all recommend in terns of sanitizing this tank? What all do I need to wash and replace to make sure any bacteria from the other frogs (it's been over two weeks since they were in there) does not linger?

White tree frog preparation

Hey there! I finished building my 18x18x24 bioactive terrarium and plan to add two white (dumpy) tree frogs. Before I get them, is this big enough to house two? Any other suggestions on things I should add to make them the happiest they can be?

Is my red eyed tree frog ok?

Hey there! I woke up this morning and one of my two red eyed tree frogs is looking a little unwell. The other one is bright green, is this one just getting close to shedding its skin?

New red eyes living in high humid area/enclosure

Hello, good evening!

I'm a new mother to Kiwi and Fern, two red eyed tree frogs, purchased at the LA Reptile Super show. They're living in a 2-3 year old healthy bioactive terrarium and the humidity (currently at 75%) is reading in the mid to high 90's. The digital is reading much higher than the manual (regular ole' thermostat/temp gauge is reading much different. They're placed right next to each other.

Currently, digital is sitting at 98, and manual at 80. Temp is 81 f.

That discrepancy aside I'm baffled about, I'm worried about the extra high humidity. I live in a beach down in San Diego where it's naturally warm and humid. Based on online ranges of what the temp and humidity should be morning/evening/night, it's quite high. Do I need a dehumidifier?

I'll help welcome :)

A few questions on my new bioactive terrarium

Hey there!

We just put two red eyed tree frogs into our new bioactive terrarium. A few questions:

- The humidity is staying at 99% and it's ben tough to get it to drop at all. I'm guessing the best method is to remove the topper glass a bit and let more air circulate in?

- We have tongs and live crickets but the frogs aren't taking the bait we put in front of them yet, is this normal? Do others have good success tong feeding their frogs with crickets? I've also heard we should put them into the tank, but I worry the small crabs at the bottom in the water feature may attack the frogs.

Tree Frog Humidity Question (first timer)

Hello!

I'm a first time bioactive terrarium builder, getting ready for red eyed tree frogs. I have an 18x18x24 enclosure set up with a cork back, drainage, substrate and some climbing materials. More coming soon.

The question: I live in San Diego, CA and really close to the beach. I'm having a hard time balancing the heat and humidity given the natural air. I have a Monsoon solo and even when humidity is high, the enclosure feels dry. I didn't spray between layers and I'm wondering if I need to give it a manual spray down for moisture or if that'll spike the humidity. I'm planning to put the frogs in there in the next week two weeks or so.

Finally getting my PS5 and doing a proper setup! Need some feedback

I'm finally buying a PS5 digital in prep for GTA VI launching this winter. I want some feedback from the legends on this board regarding my monitor choice.

I'm going to be running my PS5 Digital on an MSI Ultrawide 21:9 Screen 8ms 3440 X 1440 100Hz Freesync 3K Resolution 34" Curved Gaming Monitor. I plan to put it on the corner of my stand up desk, with the PS5 sitting behind the monitor.

Any issues with a PS5 running on a gaming monitor like this? I bought it thinking it would really look crisp and avoid having to find space for a large TV. Just hope the PS5 picture doesn't have any issues filling the ultra wide, curved design. Any feedback or expectations would be so appreciated!

Question on setting up my first terrarium, cutting cork board

Hello! I'm building my first terrarium for tree frogs. I have an Exo Terra tank, 18x18x24 and bought an 18x24 cork tile for the back. I had to cut an inch or so off the 18" side to fit and now need something like 1/8th an inch off the 24" side. Is it normal to have to trim? I even tried to freeze it to get some humidity out (worked some but not enough).

2019 etron brake rubbing noise

Hey there, etron family!

I own a red 2019 etron Prestige edition with 42,000 miles. It has no accidents and we bought it from San Diego Audi a few years ago. Fast forward to last week, it was time to replace the tires for the first time. I looked up the recommended best option for a quiet ride and chose the Michelin Primacy Tour AS.

I tried to save a few hundred bucks by ordering the tires through CostCo and made an appointment to have their service team do the install. All went smoothly until I came back to pick the car up, my rims had new scratches and my back right tire was even missing the Audi cap cover! Additionally, they lost five of the security lug nuts, so I filed an incident report on the spot and am waiting on their third party claim service to determine how much I can expect them to cover for repairs to the rims and the missing parts (what a nightmare).

Anyway, the issue I'm posting about today is the unbearable rubbing noise that has been happening with these new tires ever since I picked it up from CostCo. Whenever I apply the brake, there is this loud rubbing noise and the rubbing noise is also audible when I take off from a stop. It goes away when I get above 30-40 MPH, but it's just an awful noise that makes me very concerned that the tires were not installed properly. I attached several photos of the wheels as there is also a TON of brake dust in the wheels now, thick red dust.

I decided to just take it directly to Audi and have them fix this whole mess that CostCo likely caused. Does anyone know if the brake dust indicates a significant rubbing issue? Any thoughts on what this could be and how expensive to fix? I doubt CostCo would admit to anything, so I guess I'll just have to learn a very painful lesson here, never ever take your car to CostCo....
