I've used Reddit before with some luck. I've actually made some long term friends here, but am back to see if it can work out again. I've posted a week or two ago, but feel I need to tweak my post a bit.

Figured I'd give it another go 'cause dating apps suck and I'd rather have conversations than swiping pictures. Sometimes, it's really not about your "best pic". It's who you are as a "person" and your life goals.

Quickly about me, DWM, older kids (all adults at this point), stable job/good career (I'm a bit of a workaholic right now, this won't be forever, it's keeping me busy) - Oh, standard build, average dad'ish bod, 5'10", blue eyes, shaved head, goatee, on the gray side...

I love to laugh, hang out with friends, walking the town, comedies and shows. I like being outside. I like having the windows open, this time of year is my time of year (before it gets humid). I do like the outdoors. I like getting near water (not just a pool).

Looking for conversations first... I'm in no rush. It's like getting into a good habit, takes time. Hoping to find someone in the southeastern part of Pennsylvania or nearby like southern New Jersey, northern Delaware or even northeast Maryland.

I am looking for something that could turn into long term. I'm hoping to find someone close-ish but if the conversation is interesting the travel would be worth it.

I'm pretty chill and if it doesn't work out, I respect it and move on.

Also, I will admit, when it comes to pictures, I kinda hate pictures of me smiling, I'd rather be serious and stoic. Not to the point of brooding or anything... maybe more "focused". A forced smile is just that, forced.
