Skin is called Aurora Dark

Hey so I'm feeling kind of stupid because I can't figure this out. Been using RetroArch for a few days now and I decided I wanted to "skin" some cores using overlays. I've downloaded some, but no matter if they're made for my screen aspect ratio (20:9) or not, it always gets "squashed" when I apply it. How am I supposed to adjust it so it displays properly? I have the problem in both landscape and portrait though I primarily play landscape. Any help would be appreciated.

To put it simply, the users from the other sites that went down found new sites to use, animekai is one of them and because of all the new users, animekai servers can't handle that new influx hence all the issues recently.
