I am lvl 187 and I am curious. This is what I have so far and just have so many level 1 runes that I can do anything with, I was hoping they could combine like weapons. Thanks for the help!

Please help me know what this is 🙏🏻

You can probably guess which one is operating normally in which one isn’t. My question is would this be a capacitor issue in the fan on the right? Thankfully, this is not an emergency and I don’t need to fix it tonight, but any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
