Hey guys, I'm looking at my PSA scan completed today and I see this huge white dot here that wasn't in the initial scan nor in my raw photo of the card. Was thinking maybe it was dust but you can see the blue ink missing / ripped in the second picture. Did PSA damage my card? What can I do?

Thoughts on this? The top left corner does not look like whitening, but rather a small color chip. Should I send this in? Was hopeful for a 6.
