What's the trick to not die to every fart? I had the luck to find mythic Gohr's and craft a mythic Grandfather and damage is sufficient to blow everything up in one hit (once whirling for 30 seconds) in Pit 115, but any fart just instant kills me. I don't mean ground effects, I got used to avoiding them - though I still have problems with Mephisto's last phase even on T10 as something I don't understand always hits me as an instagib.

I only have 20k life, which obviously seems not enough - but am I supposed to get GA max life on every item until I then need to find new items without it if I ever find Selig? Is that really how it works? Looking at the leaderboards with the many people seemingly not having problems, they don't really have maximum life on their items, even when they don't have Selig and my items looks pretty similar.

Does Endurant Faith change that much? Couldn't find that yet.

Would be happy for confirmation I need to get a full max life gear set or what the trick is - first time playing WW barb in D4.

I just played a Refuge of the Lost Nightmare Dungeon on T10 as part of a war plan (no specific rewards on the NM dungeon), which has two bosses. I killed one and it immediately dropped 5 Uniques, 3 of them Ancestral, one of them a GA. Then I died to the appearing Beast of the Ice and was respawned in front of the boss chamber with both bosses being present again.

I was a bit confused and somehow got the idea to try to replicate this by purposefully killing a single boss and then dying. The boss dropped the same amount of uniques again. After a few repetitions that took barely five minutes I went to town, found I had all the uniques I was looking for for ages and went back to the dungeon - and it worked again. The whole thing could likely be repeated infinitely, but I decided to stop there given this can obviously not be intended.

I'm not sure why this happened and if or how it can be replicated, but I skilled the red line on the NM warplan to the bottom and have the warplan skill for Beast of the Ice being able to spawn. Maybe it's useful for someone that can figure it out and for Blizzard to address it.
