Should I give up on getting my license?

I'm 20F and I've just failed my second driving test. I've driven about 65-70 hours and I still can't pass.

When it's just me and my instructor it's pretty okay, I can drive without a problem... But when it comes to the test, I get so anxious I forget everything.

Today was my second test and I almost had a panic attack while driving when I couldn't do the parking, my hands were so shaky...

My problem is not the driving itself, it's the test. But if I can't do the test I won't ever get my license.

I'm thinking about just giving up, because I genuinely feel like I will never pass.

Even if somehow I do pass, no one will want to sit behind a driver who needed 3 or 4 tries to pass... Everyone will think I'm a bad driver or won't feel safe with me driving.

I lost all motivation and all my self-confidence.

What do you think I should do? Should I give up? Should I keep wasting money?

I'm a first year biology student at a pretty good university, but I hate it here and I don't know what to do with my life after I graduate.

I always wanted to be a veterinarian but didn't get in last year because I messed up my highschool final exams very badly.

Now I wanna try again this year and I know it doesn't really matter if I get in or not since if I don't get into vet school I'll still be able to continue my studies at the other university.

Now my problem is that I'll have to get ready for my 8 university exams plus 2-2 biology and chemistry highschool final exam (written and oral) because I have to retake them. All this in 6 weeks.

I'm already burnt out and can barely do basic stuff, so I kinda know I'll mess up both the final and university exams. As I said the highschool final exams only matter at vet school, but if I mess up my university exams too much, I'll lose my scholarship and then I cannot continue my studies since I can't afford it without scholarships.

My question is should I just give up on vet school after the second try? I'm fairly certain I will not get in and even if I do I'm not sure I'm smart enough for it because I'm already struggling with just biology...

If I don't get in what should I do? Should I just finish my Biology bsc somehow and then do something with that degree? Like I know I should get a masters but I'm not even sure what I'd be interested in besides I can't do it right after Bsc because there's no way I can drag myself through 2-3 more years after my graduation.

Or should I just do a gap year and try again for vetmed without anything else to worry about? Like I'd at least get to rest and relax for half a year or a full year depending on what I chose... But then I won't be able to graduate in time, and I'm worried I'd just do nothing for a year because my motivation is non-existent.

Also I have no idea what I could possibly do with a biology BSC. Like what would my life be like with a degree like that? I know you can be happy in many different ways even without achieving high academic stuff... But I always dreamed about being a veterinarian or some sort of doctor. This was kinda my way out of the life my family lived. I'm not sure I can achieve that with Biology, tho I could be wrong who knows. But it still doesn't change the fact that everyone is expecting great things from me even if I can't deliver miracles.

I know many people get existential dread when they turn 20 and maybe that's what's happening with me but I'm truly not sure what would be the best course of action for me. I kinda see no point in this whole thing. Like I just wanna do nothing and I couldn't care any less about what will happen to me or my life.

I'm sorry if this is not what this sub is for I just don't know who to ask. I know I kinda messed up and I just kept piling stuff in my plate until it all started to fall off, so I can kinda blame myself for it... But still I feel like I need advice
