Welp, we are officially 20 days out from the game’s release and have yet to see a single shred, crumb, or speck of information, footage, or even of daytime scenes.

I mean what the actual fuck is Illfonic doing with marketing this shit; they’re still teasing shit like we’re 4 months away, they’ve blatantly ignored questions, they keep giving non answers, or the most RIDICULOUS and BONEHEADED excuses ever for why they can’t add simple things.

I’ve been asking for MONTHS; even including this VERY question which was part of the “can Michael drive cars/vehicles” I wrote and they themselves answered in the QNA.

I’m pissed, I’m tired, I’ve waited long enough. I want an answer, is daytime scenes included in the story mode; or not?

Michael can finally drive.

We’ve all seen the singleplayer trailers and I’d like to point something out. Not one trailer, concept art, or even blogpost had a single mention of daytime scenes within the singleplayer storymode.

Now; Daytime as an option for multiplayer I find to be completely unnecessary and pointless ((you could do Dusk, but it’d still be difficult.)). Yet, I believe that if Illfonic really did omit the daytime scenes from even the story mode; that it is a massive misstep and imho extremely lazy of them. The story mode is six chapters so potentially chapter 4 is the daytime scenes with sunset potentially being in a cutscene that goes in between chapter 4 and 5; though that’s just my theory. I’d be honestly very disappointed if Illfonic decided to cut out what is essentially the entire second act ((which also includes the iconic hedge scene and the clothesline scene.)) of the original movie and replace it with their own scenes all conveniently at night before suddenly skipping to the third act out of nowhere.

What are your guys’ thoughts? Would you be disappointed or could you care less?
