New international AIML Master's student at TU Darmstadt – Looking to connect with fellow students 🇮🇳🇩🇪

Hi everyone!

I'm an international student from India and I've recently started my M.Sc. in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML) at TU Darmstadt for the Summer Semester 2026.

I arrived in Germany just a couple of days ago, so everything is still new to me. I'm currently figuring out all the university systems and student life, including:
->Activating my Athena card and library access
->Understanding TUCaN and course/module registration
->Finding my class schedule, buildings, and lecture rooms
->Using campus Wi-Fi and other university services
Completing city registration (Anmeldung) and other formalities
->Getting familiar with Darmstadt and public transport
I've already enrolled, but because I arrived close to the start of the semester, I'm still catching up on many things.

I'd love to connect with:
Other AIML students
International students at TU Darmstadt
Indian students studying here
Anyone who has recently gone through the same process
It would be great to make some friends, exchange experiences, study together, and help each other navigate university life.
If you're at TU Darmstadt (especially in the AIML program), feel free to comment below or send me a DM. Looking forward to meeting new people!

Thanks, and see you around campus! 😊
