Cigarette anyone?

There was a 2007 star was set with 4.99 on it at the thrift and I wasn’t sure if the set was complete. The mini figure was missing so I said to the guy it’s incomplete with no mini figure so he gave me a discount so I paid 2.99 for this and it turned out really well I threw the figure in myself because I had one already. it’s not the exact one, but it looks good to me. It came with the box and manual as well.

Cars are a bit dusty and dirty, but overall condition for paint and wheels are good for a thrift store dump bin. 32 cars for 19.50 cad. Is this a deal or no deal?

Any ideas?

I remember I got number 3 because my friend Jaime was number 2 then another guy was 01 and somebody else took 1 so I got #3 it’s been my favorite number ever since
