As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions across multiple channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chats. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English as well as the regional language and be able to provide prompt, accurate, and professional resolutions to customer queries.

- Prior experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role would be an added advantage.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the regional language (Tamil).

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing customer requirements.

- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable handling multiple customer interactions throughout the day.

I was just wondering if there are families and women who are happy with having a simple wedding instead of a big, lavish one. I mean something with just our parents, a few close friends, and close family.

I'm not really someone who enjoys large crowds or spending hours posing for photos. Even when I see other people's weddings, I feel exhausted just watching the bride and groom stand there for three or four hours greeting everyone and taking pictures. A small, simple wedding feels much more meaningful to me.

Hey everyone, I’m 30 M currently looking for a career change and a better opportunity in the IT field. I have 5+ years of official work experience (and a few more unofficially from my college days) in customer support, client handling, and software onboarding. I’ve worked on onboarding clients for software platforms for more than 2 years, worked with a web hosting company, and also handled multiple CRM systems. I also have sales experience with my current company.

All my friends have been making more than 9LPA and I'm stuck for a long time and when I speak to them i find out that they do 30% of the work I do and it's actually making me feel if I'm doing something wrong. A guy I helped train is making double the salary I get now.

I originally studied Hotel Management(chef), but due to an accident I couldn’t continue in that career path, so I shifted into IT/customer support roles instead. Over the years, I’ve gained strong experience, but I honestly feel stuck in a low-paying role despite the amount of work and responsibility I handle daily.

I’m now looking for guidance, referrals, remote or on site opportunities, or suggestions on what roles/skills I should focus on next to move forward in my career. I’m willing to learn and adapt.
