Hi everyone! Those who know ibisPaint x app well I need your advice

I want this drawing to give “comfort, cosy” vibes and pencil painted like. What brush should I use?

Second, I want room to be dark (bc it’s late at night) and lightened by the window. How can I achieve this effect of a “shining” window by just painting?

Please guys, I’m just a beginner and any valuable advice would greatly benefit me
