Should I give up hope on my order ?
I ordered a new phone from Amazon 2 rd July on exchange it was a lot of money for me i paid with upi the delivery person arrived I marked the condition as good there were starches but it was to me less than 5 which is allowed the delivery person came on 2nd July inspected and found 5-10 scratches okay no issues but he also marked that my phone has line which it absolutely did not i contested and he tried to re evaluate but couldn't do it so he just did not deliver it and said he'll do it tomorrow today morning it was showing our for delivery I checked it at around 6 it showed order cancelled then I see "We are sorry there was an issue with your delivery. The package is being returned, and we will issue a refund within 3 - 5 business days after the return is processed." I called amazon support of they can do something they said they can't and started talking about refund I called again he said he has informed the backend team and they might assign a new delivery person if possible who will call me I tried asking for the number of delivery person but they said some shit like he hasn't been assigned and that he will call me. Guess what it's 7:41 pm and I have received 0 calls 0 rings on my door bell. I wish I atleast didn't prepay it. My head hurts everything is going wrong this morning my bird went missing as well the event I am participating went horrible I don't know what to do anymore
