it’s been in the freezer for days now and I was wondering how I should handle it before putting in the machine so it doesn’t break or catch on fire?

- 2 cups of fairlife milk

- Cream cheese

- 2 spoons of Greek yogurt

- Pinch of Salt

- Monk-fruit/sweetener of choice

- Exthan gum 2 1/4 teaspoons

- 1/4 lemon extract

- Mix ins of honey wheat graham crackers
