This is NSS i used spore syringe. I transferred to monotub about 10 days ago. Is NSS Psilocybe cubensis strain or Psilocybe natalensis? Also, should I wait till 100% colonized to transition into fruiting conditions or should I do that sooner? I have heard a lot about NSS getting pretty matted, what can I do to prevent that or is it not a problem that needs to be dealt with?
I am doing my first grow and I’m using a monotub and NSS spore syringe. I did a break and shake around 30% colonized and now it’s probably 80-85% and slowed down a lot. The first few weeks it was crazy fast. I did 5cc in each bag which I now learned was probably too much. I see some mycelium pee in one bag and it’s mainly the bottom of both that won’t completely colonize them the top and bottom of the other. It has been 38 days since injecting and 24 since the break and shake. What should I do? Another break and shake, remove uncolonized grain and transfer to tub, or is it trash?
