Just wanted to put my vest out there as I’ve seen some really good ones on here :)

I noticed these in my bedroom about a month ago, I have tried everything under the sun to try and Make them go away but they just won’t, it’s driving me insane. They are absolutely everywhere in my bedroom but mostly in my bed, I live in an older house so I had a few cracks in the the walls that i have sealed now but they keep turning up still. If anyone can properly id them it would be great and is it time to call an exterminator ? Just for reference the beetles are usually about 3-4mm long and the larger ones fly as well.
