Hello everyone, We know everyone has been antsy about the update of the Rare Breed FRT-SC3. We have helped Rare Breed finish the development of the FRT over these past few months. It’s taken way longer than initially anticipated as we have done a significant amount of testing to make sure the FRT is compatible with all variants and generations of the CZ Scorpion and Nexus EVO platforms. We thank everyone for their patience and Rare Breed is currently gearing up for production and we will be able to release some more specific release updates very soon!
We ask that you give us the space we need to make sure this is a successful launch. Inundating us with questions about release is not helping. We are actively working every day with Rare Breed and just know we are both looking to release this as soon as humanly possible. However with that being said we are not rushing to put out a bunch of slop. This trigger is HEAVILY tested and we are confident all of you interested in this product are going to absolutely love it!
Hello everyone! We recently implemented a design update to the LRBHO component on our KUNA lowers. Unfortunately, we identified a minor oversight in this revision that may cause incompatibility with FRT trips. Approximately 75-100 customers who received shipments this week may be affected.
We sincerely regret that this issue was not identified prior to release. Please be assured that we have already corrected the design, thoroughly tested the updated version, and implemented it in current production. Additionally, we are in the process of reworking all affected parts.
If you receive a unit with the affected design (as shown in the middle of the reference image), please contact us at RMA@nexusfirearms.com with your order number. We will also be sending an email to every single customer first thing in the morning that we think may have this issue. We will promptly send you the corrected component along with the necessary tools for self-installation.
If you prefer not to perform the replacement yourself, please indicate this in your email. We will provide a return authorization (RMA) label so you can send the lower back to us, and we will complete the correction on your behalf.
Please note that all KUNA lowers shipped after May 6, 2026, will include the corrected design and are not affected by this issue.
