

23M looking to build a solid beginner supplement stack
Hello,
I'm a 23M who's trying to get into supplements and was wondering what a pretty standard, evidence-based stack looks like for someone who's generally healthy.
My main goals are improving overall health, supporting my workouts, recovery, energy, and longevity. I'm not looking for anything crazy, just supplements that have good research behind them.
What brands do you trust? If you were building a stack from scratch, what would you recommend and why?

REG Study Timeline After TCP (Need Advice on Hours/Weeks Before I Schedule)
Passed TCP in January with an 85 (first CPA exam), but I honestly haven’t studied since then. Trying to figure out a realistic REG timeline.
How many hours/weeks do you guys think I’d realistically need to pass REG?
The reason I’m trying to get a solid timeline is because I usually don’t fully lock in until I actually book the exam and have that deadline pressure in place, so I want to schedule it strategically.
