I just recently moved to OKC and am looking for a psychiatrist for my husband to address his ADHD. He gave me permission to find him someone to help him. This would be his first ever appt. and I want to make sure I get him with someone who is caring, intentional and doesn't necessarily just prescribe pills. Anyone in the OKC/surronding areas is great.

I am about to start using natural cycles and oura ring as birth control. I have never been sexually active but will be when I get married in a few weeks. I also have ovulation tests I have been taking to understand my cycle a bit more. My cycle is normal. I do NOT want to get pregnant. Any tips? Any recommendations? I would love any info that would educate me, I'm scared :,[]
