Looking for a commission-based outreacher to help find SMM/Video Editing clients (remote, flexible hours)

Hey everyone,

I run social media management and video editing agency (reels, content calendars, page growth) for small businesses and brands, both in India and internationally.

I’m looking for someone to help with outreach — finding and messaging potential clients (Instagram DMs, email) and sending me the interested ones. I’ll take it from there — call, pitch, close the deal.

What you’ll do:

•	Find potential clients who need social media management or video editing (small businesses, local brands, content creators, etc.)

•	Reach out and start the conversation

•	Once someone’s interested, hand them over to me with basic info (name, what they need, any budget hints)

•	That’s it — you don’t need to pitch, negotiate, or close anything

What I’ll do:

•	Take the call, close the deal, handle delivery

Pay structure (commission-based):

•	15% of the client’s monthly payment for the first 4 months, then 8% for as long as they stay with us

•	The better the leads, the more you make — long-term clients = recurring income for you too

Who I’m looking for:

•	Comfortable messaging people on Instagram/email (cold outreach experience is a plus, not required)

•	Self-motivated — this is commission-only for now, so I’m looking for someone who wants to grow this with me, not just test the waters

DM me if interested.

Looking for a Remote Entry-Level Job (Customer Support, Chat Support, Virtual Assistant, Social Media Assistant)

Hi everyone,
I'm a college student from India looking for a stable remote job, either part-time or full-time.
What I can offer:

• Typing speed: 50–60 WPM
• Reliable PC and stable internet connection
• Good written communication skills
• Quick learner and willing to undergo training
• Available for long-term work
• Familiar with social media platforms and online tools

Currently, I'm learning video editing (Premiere Pro and After Effects), but right now I'm primarily looking for a consistent source of income while I continue building my skills.

I'm open to:
• Customer Support (Chat/Email)
• Virtual Assistant roles
• Social Media Assistant roles
• Content Moderation
• Data Management/Admin Support
• Other entry-level remote positions with training provided

I'm NOT looking for commission-only sales roles, cold-calling, or cold-DM jobs.

My goal is to find a legitimate remote position where I can contribute, learn, and grow long-term.

If you know of any openings or are hiring, feel free to send me a message.
Thank you.

Need help deciding whether to buy a video editing course or not.

I've been learning how to do motion graphics and video editing on YouTube on my own for the past three months, but I'm not sure what to learn next. I was wondering if I should enroll in a $90–$160 video editing course and ask experts to help me along the way. A structured course provides you with knowledge and skills that self-education frequently lacks. It is simpler to develop and hone your abilities.
