I am confused with Sadie Sink’s casting in Spider-Man: Brand New Day

I am confused with Sadie Sink’s casting in Spider-Man: Brand New Day

Spoiler Alert if you have not watched Brand New Day.

So Jean Grey is young in MCU, I saw posts about MCU casting other young actors for X-Men characters, does that mean we might see a young Wolverine too? And in the main universe we will have inexperienced X-Men as the face of the franchise

So Andrew Garfield is still the best Spider-Man? Can we all agree

Absolutely no hate to Tobey Maguire and Tom Holland’s Spidey, Tobey is the reason why MCU is where it is now and Tom has taken Spider-Man franchise to whole another level. But Garfield was just too good as Spider-Man, wish he had gotten some better stories. Also it makes perfect sense to say Tobey is the best Peter Parker

First role or movie you think of when you see him that’s not Harry Potter

He made generational money from Harry Potter and went on to do movies honestly no one ever expected him to do, not sure if you guys have seen it but for me Swiss Army Man is the movie. Weirdest concept, role is silly but challenging and Daniel Radcliffe nails it

Sadie Sink is the Future of MCU after Spider-Man: Brand New Day

I will keep it spoiler free, she has done well in Brand New Day, and she will be a huge character in future MCU and X-Men movies, she is young and MCU kind of need a female face for the franchise, I feel Sadie Sink can be the one, what do you think?

What’s the role of Scarlett Johansson that stands out the most for you, let’s keep the Black Widow aside

I am not sure if most fans have watched this one, but recently I watched Ghost World. Incredible movie and the crazy fact about this role is she was only 15 during the shoot

Spider-Man: Brand New Day is now the lowest rated Spidey movie in MCU

The ratings and reviews don’t match honestly, I’ve seen many reviews claiming it’s the best Spidey movie since Spider-Man 2 by Sam Raimi and the critics score looks a lot different. Considering most of the spider-man movies are loved by critics too

Recently watched When Evil Lurks, any recommendations for must watch horror movies in last few years

Going deep into the horror genre again after watching Obsession and Evil Dead Burn. When Evil Lurks was great, Evil Dead Burn was a weird watch, anything that stands out for you in the last few years in horror?

Let’s be honest, Avengers: Doomsday trailer was not good

Maybe it’s the lack of build up, or maybe it’s not the finished product, but if you just compare it to Infinity war’s first trailer, it doesn’t hit the same way. Also fun fact, in both infinity war and doomsday trailer we see Chris Evans returning with long hair, excited for MCU’s Doom though

Underrated movies from 2026 that are must watch? Already released

Recently watched The Sheep Detective, it’s such a good movie, I feel there wasn’t enough promotion around it

First movie or role you think of when you see her, that’s not Titanic

I guess most will say Eternal Sunshine but she was just fabulous in Revolutionary Road. Leo-Kate killed it in that one

Nastiest on set fight you can think of

The Tom Hardy-Charlize Theron drama from Mad Max was crazy, gutsy of Charlize to call out Hardy for his on set tantrums

Thoughts on Anthony Ippolito as Rocky?

The movie is totally unnecessary I know, but can he do justice to the role?

Thoughts on Adam Driver as Magneto

Adam Driver is an exceptional actor, but is anyone else tired of seeing the familiar places getting all the major roles, I mean barely anyone knew Tom Holland or Iman Vellani before MCU and they did just fine

Agent Kim Reactivated Falling Off?

It’s still pretty entertaining, the flashbacks are great, but I liked the first couple of episodes more, I will still watch till the finale though, great action, the villain is solid, worth a watch for sure if you haven’t watched it yet

The Rock in MCU? If the rumors actually come true, will it be solid casting?

I know Black Adam went bad but we are hearing rumors of his casting as Apocalypse again, either way I am just excited to have X-Men in MCU

What If The Rock was the head of DCU not James Gunn

Black Adam was decent as a movie, the whole Henry Cavill situation was messy. No doubt James Gunn is far more suited for the role than The Rock but do you think someone like the Rock can even lead a franchise that big creatively after watching the Moana movies
