I've been selling/giving away some of my items on marketplace and recently I posted about an old piece of furniture I was going to throw out anyways.

Well, anyone who replied has been giving me the runaround and it made me delete the post all together. The same thing happened with another post and I got quite upset with the man who was asking about it. Ended up selling to a nice lady who arrived within 30 minutes of me replying to her.

Definitely plan to get rid of the couch but might just throw it away or call a place where they'll come pick it up. When did marketplace get so bad? Like if you're asking about it tell me if you're going to show up or not. Even after giving the address they don't show up.

I'm moving out of my current apartment I've settled with for too long and I can't help but feel bad for the poor soul that is going to be renting my place. There was no talk about only moving in a few days after I left or things like that so I have no clue how the landlord will be fixing the place, cleaning the carpet or even painting like they're supposed to considering I'm only leaving the 1st and they want in that day as well.

For me I couldn't be happier to move out of this apartment but I almost couldn't believe how quick this person decided they were putting down a deposit and hoping to move in as soon as possible. There's literally mold coating the bathroom, leaks in windows and sinks and many other problems. I wasn't sure how they didn't seem to point out any of the problems or they just didn't see them since the visit was so quick.

I'm hoping my slumlord actually does fix some of the problems but at the most I'm sure he'll paint over anything and move on. Good luck to the new tenant I suppose.

Is your store still carrying Cap'n Crunch cereal? I used to pick up a box once in a while but I haven't seen them on shelves in a while and it doesn't look like there's space for it either.
