Best dumbell delt workouts for and ones?

I need help getting the ball up to my set point when drawing fouls so I can get the and ones or at least get called for shooting foul. Heres my current exersices tell me what you think!

How does DB bench or bench press or push ups help with box outs?

I just dont see how pushing strength helps with box outs? arent box outs ussually leg and core strength?

How does DB or barbell bench help a basketball player scientificaly?

Basically what the title says I love bench pressing but wondered "how doe this help?" so toget my answer i came to ya'll and no vaugue answers like: "it helps with box outs or getting through contact" make sure theres some science and how bench press applies

In what scenarios does bench press help in basketball?

I know it helps with shooting and passing but does it help with phisicaly absorbiing contact? I just dont see how bench pressing improves your ability to increase froce absorption because when someone bumps you how are pushing muscles gon help?
