Is this a cavity?

Two questions :

1- The first 2 photos are of the front and back of a upper molar that I definitely think has a cavity, because the last dentist appointment (about 4-5 months ago) they said that the tooth’s cavity was too small to get removed . But I just want to ask Reddit and confirm if it’s gotten worse.

2- the photos after that are of my bottom molars where I have hole or cups in several of my back teeth. I just noticed them these past couple months because one had a jagged edge and I could feel it with my tongue. I often clench which you can tell from my front teeth. I also used to wear a mouth guard that I got from the dentist but it’s been hurting recent since my upper possible cavity got worse and throbs whenever I put it in. I also have acid reflux so my question is are the holes/cups from grinding or acid reflux or a developing cavity. I’ve also only gotten one cavity in my life and one filling in high school (I’m now 21) so that’s why I’m so anxious.
