Buenas, mi pareja y yo estamos comprando casa y nos han hecho una oferta de cajamar que nos parece atractiva.

Se trata de una mixta a 5 años fija con el 1,95% con vinculaciones (nominas, seguros de vida, pagos y hogar), y despues de 5 años variable a +0,4. Esta oferta es para una vivienda de 220.000 euros con aval ico al 100%.

Echando cuentas los precios de los seguros nos parecen buenos, y nos dejaria en una mensualidad de 800 euros hipoteca + 190 seguros. Los seguros de vida y pagos son de 96 cuotas. Amortizaciones gratuitas.

Ahora mismo andamos pagando 800 euros de alquiler. Que os parecen las condiciones? Nuestra idea es en el cuarto año del fijo empezar a mirar para novacion a tipo fijo, que es lo que nos interesa de verdad.

Estuvimos mirando en otros bancos pero no bajaba nada del 3% minimo, siendo los dos ingenieros indefinidos con alrededor de 5000 euros al mes conjuntos.

Hi, I currently have Beyerdynamic DT770 Pro 80 ohm headphones connected directly to my PC (my focusrite died and I wanted to save some money). The thing is that I really like the sound quality but i’m tired of the cable. My current options are:

- Audeze Maxwell 2: heard very positive comments about them, but i’m worried about comfort, specially for long sessions. They are also quite expensive.

- Steelseries Arctics Nova 7: good reviews but i’d say they’re not comparable to the footsteps clarity i get from my dt770 at all

- Corsair Void V2: i had the first version and love them in terms of comfort, but i’m afraid i’d notice a significant drop in sound quality

What i value most is not losing sound quality (at least matching what i have with my DTs), comfort for long sessions and wireless. Budget isn’t an issue, but there needs to be a significant improvement in terms of sound to justify the price. Any recommendations, either from the ones i mentioned or something else?
