What do you actually hate and love when buying jewelry? 💍

Hey! Just a jewelry lover trying to learn from real people, not brands.
Two quick questions 🙏

  1. What do you hate?
(bad quality? hidden info? overpriced plating? returns from hell?)
  2. What do you love or wish more brands did?

Not selling anything – just genuinely curious. Thanks for any thoughts! 😊

What is black gold jewelry? And does it fade?

Let’s talk about black gold — one of my favorite finishes, featuring our new black gold ring today.
Black gold is real 18k gold that’s been plated with premium black rhodium.
It’s not dyed, not painted, not fake.
It looks dark, matte, vintage, and super low‑key luxury.
Does black gold fade?
Yes, but naturally, like vintage jewelry.
Under proper factory craftsmanship, it won’t peel or flake off.
Only high‑friction areas (like the inside of a ring) may lighten after years of wear from oxidation and daily friction — this is normal for all 18k gold pieces.
With proper care, it stays beautiful for a very long time.
If you like quiet, moody, not‑too‑shiny jewelry — black gold is perfect.
Do you like black gold or classic gold more?
