Planning to visit kedarnath on October. Need help

I’m planning to visit Kedarnath this October first week and would love some advice from people who have been there during this time.
I have a few specific concerns:
Weather & Temperature: What is the climate like in October? I have a very low tolerance for cold—to the point where I might faint if it gets too extreme. Will it be manageable during the day and night?
Stay Options: What are the best stay options right near the temple? Because of my health concern with the cold, I absolutely need a room with a heater. Are there rooms near the temple that actually have working heater facilities?
Booking: How can I book these specific rooms in advance? Are there any official portals, trusted websites, or contacts you can share?
I want to make sure I’m fully prepared before committing to the trip. Any tips, contacts, or personal experiences would be hugely appreciated!
