Just curious where all the “John Mayer can’t sell out the Sphere” folks went?

I remember quite a few posts questioning whether he could fill the place without Dead & Company. Well, apparently he did well enough to add another 12 shows.

I’m not going, and honestly, I’m not a huge fan of his solo work (although I love what he does with D&C).
What I find interesting is how some of us in the Dead community seem to think we’re the only fanbase passionate enough to travel across the country, attend multiple shows, and spend ridiculous amounts of money to see our favorite musicians.

Turns out we’re not the only ones.

Credit where credit is due. The guy clearly has a following well beyond Dead & Company.

Hopefully being back at the Sphere reignites his GD passion.

My wife went from a Dead Head by marriage to a dead head. As a runner she listens more than me. Yesterday she said she heard Little Bunny Foo Foo during a jam. A little inter-web searching and guess what? Who knew? Brent the man. lol. I guess i learned something new.
