I am an independent contractor for a company. I wanted to port my “business line” to ring central.
Upon porting the number the ring central agent said that because I don’t have an EIN#, I can’t use the texting /SMS feature
Has anyone heard of this? Is there a way to satisfy this without an ein# thanks.

So I was wondering how other agents are recording conversations with Medicare beneficiaries (educational and enrollments) to be kept for years.
I know agents have used cloud based phone systems but experience problems with them.
Not sure which route to take. Thanks

AEP is slowly approaching, and I want to make sure I stay within compliance when it comes to Medicare beneficiaries and seniors.
I assume I’m allowed to meet with them,
but what am I permitted to do?
From my understanding, I can:
Educate them about Medicare and their options.
??? Discuss their current medications and providers to help identify plan needs.
???Discuss available Medicare plans.
Is there anything else I’m allowed to do, or anything I should avoid during these meetings?

My 13 year old son and his friend (same age) want to go to the Che concert alone in Houston, TX.
Anyone think it should be fine to go alone or are they too young? He refuses to have parents chaperone him.
