What does it imply if when I click to Remove McAfee and Uninstall it, it does not uninstall?

You know how on an Android, you can do a Factory Reset, which is pretty drastic, or just do do a Reset All Settings?

On the back of my Dell, I can see my Windows 7 serial number. I'm not sure if I still have a reinstall disk.

Internet Explorer says your present Security Settings do not allow you do use IE.

Not sure what to do.

It is still running Windows 10.

I used it specifically for work.

I am signed in with a Microsoft Account.

Is there any advantage to signing in with a Google Account rather than a Microsoft Account?

I have helped my Dell XPS 9100 struggle along through the 90s, 2000's and so on.

I accepted that McAfee no longer supports Windows 7.

I have been using Firefox still with no problems.

As of yesterday it went away and I can't reload it.

Even internet explorer is only allowing me to browse via something called In Private.

So confused.

I put out what was way beyond my means many, many years ago, for my red, white and black Dell XPS 9100.

I bought a beautiful Monitor with it.

It is from 2010.

I have been helping it struggle along through all the decades of Technology changes.

It is running Windows 7.

I got over the fact McAfee is no longer supported on it.

I lost it, and when I went to try to reinstall it, it would not let me

Even Internet Explorer is acting odd.

It would only allow me to browse via something which says

I am so lost.
