Is this mod safe to download?

As of what’s been going recently with certain mods, addons, and other stuff on steam and the steam workshop as a whole, containing malware of some kind I wanted to make this post as quick “Is this safe to use?”

Also I did two scans, A free scan with MalwareBites (nothing was detected but take that with a grain of salt) and currently a full scan with Windows security nothing has been detected as I currently type this out so if anyone has used this or has seen someone use please let me know!

Few questions about Minecraft Soulrend

So with the recent update I wanna know if it’s still possible to make the modpack easier by that I mean confiding the level system that can or not increase mobs levels?
Follow up question: How do I even make it easier or how can I stop the leveling system for mobs? I’m asking because when I do play again I want to add a rule to my playthrough where once a mob reaches level 9 or double digits I want to stop them from leveling up any further. So in short.. how can I?
