Third frame for Sailor Neptune's new move called 'Dolphin Wave' using Annie Hamilton from Matrimelee. She could have been a top tier character in the Super Famicom fighting game in 'S' but her Deep Submerge takes too long to recover. I was inspired from Annie Hamilton's and Captain Kidd's projectile so that Michiru here will have zoning capabilities.

Third frame for Sailor Neptune's 'Hurricanrana' based off of Asuka from the arcade fighting game of 'Burning Rival'. Nothing particular special about it other than being a back throw/slam for her either in a fighting game for Mugen/IKEMEN or for a brawler. It is however challenging to work with as the animation is a total of 10 frames. Seeing Asuka do this move in her game I believe it's gonna look good for Sailor Neptune. It's just going to be a back throw in a brawler but having options for more grabs makes her less boring. 'Rushing Beat Shura' isn't really remembered much because of the lack of moves unlike 'Streets Of Rage 2' or 'Final Fight 2'. I didn't design her to be a grappler but I'll give her a total of 4 grab moves so she won't be boring to play.

Shadow sees Seyluhr Muhrs for the first time. New gods be trolling Shadow.

Second frame for Sailor Neptune's new move called 'Dolphin Wave' using Annie Hamilton from Matrimelee. It's an alternative projectile she can use by throwing a dolphin made of water similar to Captain Kidd in World Heroes where he throws a shark. The input command is a charge move similar to a Sonic Boom. She kind of lacks techniques in the old Super Famicom fighting game so I'm giving her more options.

Playing on highest difficulty with Million Mile's sailor characters on Mugen.

Casually playing as Sailor Mars against Sailor Mercury on highest difficulty with Million Miles Mugen characters for Moonlight Fighter. Stages and music are personalized but characters are up to date with the latest releases for Mugen 1.0.

Great improvement with the latest versions as they are now more Street Fighter or Marvel friendly controls with doing normal or basic combos. Her EX Mars Snake Fire has been nerfed but her crows, Phobos & Deimos, are more annoying and really good for zoning. Lots of people are reminded of Athena Asamiya because of her iconic 'Phoenix Arrow'. However, most of her basic moves were converted from Shermie along with some obscure characters from Variable Geo and other fighting games. Sad to see a lot of her basic moves and grabs (since it's only 4 button gameplay without any up close normals) didn't make it as you may see a little bit of Kula Diamond and Mai Shiranui.

First frame for Sailor Neptune's 'Elegant Palm Strike' using Karin Kanzuki's 'Guren Ken'. You're going to love this popular Street Fighter move converted for Sailor Neptune in Moonlight Fighter and other Mugen and IKEMEN Sailor Moon arcade inspired projects. She's close to finishing majority of her moves within a few months so just be patient. Majority of her moves both normals and specials will be inspired from Karin but I made sure to add other characters as well from other fighting and beat em up games like Matrimelee and Arabian Fight so she'd feel more unique.

Was also watching Hinata and Neji do their 'Gentle Fist' techniques for a little inspiration on Youtube as it's very similar to 'Guren Ken'. It's cool seeing them do it on screen. Just hoping the coder doesn't get too creative.

5 out of the 10 sailors are now playable with Million Miles' 'Moonlight Fighter' project. You may download these characters either in Mugenguild, Mugen Archive or Mugen Free For All websites.

This is Sailor Saturn coded by Asuka-Masaki. I thought it would be a good idea to use her as a temporary boss while we wait for Million Miles' Sailor Saturn release. Her sprites are 95 percent done but the coder decided to release each of the sailors in the order they appeared in the 90s anime series.

As you can see she's very tough and a bit glitchy. She would have been a fun boss challenge in the style of Melty Blood but as you can see she needs a lot of fixing on the coding side of things. I have already released a sprite sheet over at the Mugen Archive forum and hoping future coders won't have to improvise and cut corners.
