What is your favorite souvenir to buy in the back hills? I usually do an ornament and a pint glass when we travel.

I’m hoping for a couple easy hikes with great scenery, hopefully a waterfall….any recommendations? We are staying 2 nights in deadwood and 2 nights in Custer. Planning on going to sylvan lake, needles highway, iron mountain road, wildlife loop and shopping in hill city.

I was embarrassed about the weight gain and let it go for years. I ruined my body now, had a full hysterectomy and then took estrogen and gained 80 pounds in a few months. I’m just very uncomfortable in my body.

We come every year for a week and spend at least 3 full days sitting on the beach. We always bring a cooler and normally do plain sandwiches, sometimes wraps. We have Uber Eats Floridian or pub subs but that can get expensive. We do have a kitchen and about 10 people!
