Less than a year in, The mop's motor stopped rotating entirely rendering it useless and incapable of mopping or drying it's dripping wet roller. Navigation was strange and would randomly avoid whole areas of the floor that had nothing there.

Worst issue is customer service: CS admits manufacturing defect for the mop motor. Requests it sent back in. Once it's sent, they say they don't have it in stock. They ask 1) I just wait at least more than a month with no compensation, 2) a vacuum that's half the cost and inferior technology as if it's a proper replacement, or 3) just a pittance back such that I would have paid $600+ for a leased vacuum mop for less than a year and be left with no product in the end. Who in the world would lease a vacuum mop for less than a year at that cost?

Next they offer a parts replacement kit valued at about $90, but this is unnecessary as we've already bought that kit previously. So I ask for the cash value of that instead to wait. They say no and then instead offer the cleaning fluid which is worth even less at about $20 which is also useless as the replacement vacuum would still come with a new bottle anyways and I wasn't running low even after a year either. I just feel a bit insulted by these rather unsatisfactory options and still have yet to receive a proper resolution.

Honestly I would rather just get a full refund and not deal with another vacuum that might fail after less than a year again and deal with this customer service and avoid eufy/anker as a whole due to reliability and poor CS.

I regret that I didn't buy a robot mop through Costco, but at the time they didn't have the roller mop technology I was looking for. :\
