Looking to build a pc after gaming laptop gave up

I've finally fallen victim to that 2021 lenovo legion 5 motherboard failure pandemic due to solder fatigue, and since I'm a lot more stationary now im finally building a pc (insane timing for prices I know). Need a bit of help with some of the more specific parts tho (or all of them)

- New build or upgrade?

New build

- Existing parts/monitors to reuse?

No parts, a Dell P2418D, an ancient lenovo thinkvision L197 (likely for discord etc), and technically huion kamvas 13 gen 3 as the "third" monitor, already have a mouse, keyboard, etc

- PC purpose?

3D modeling/sculpting (blender)

Gaming (heaviest are likely those realistic liminal place exploration games, modded Minecraft, just cause 3, jedi survivor & spider-man remastered)

- Purchase country? Near Micro Center?

Estonia, though still access to pcpartpicker through Finland. Also Amazon.de Prime. no micro center

- Monitors needed?

currently no, maybe just recommendations for future (survived childhood playing Minecraft on 4fps on a 30hz monitor, I've no clue what I'm missing at the upper end)

- Budget range? (Include tax considerations)

2000€ ± 300€

- WiFi or wired connection?

WiFi

- Size/noise constraints?

would prefer a mid-tower over anything else, noise doesn't matter

- Color/lighting preferences?

I don't care for lights at all and infact would prefer a 'solid' case

- Any other specific needs?

Air cooling

would prefer AMD

definitely at least 32Gb RAM

2Tb+ storage

I was personally eyeing the 7800x3d with a rtx 5070, but when it comes to every other part I'm a bit clueless thus not sure what would fit the budget.
