I remember that in dark souls after like level 40 you get no bonus in scaling for each level up, I wonder if that's the same in bloodborne and what level it is

I wonder if bloodtinge is good, cause as far as I understand it, it's just a little damage boost to the gun, which does already very little damage. Is there something I don't know?
