Hi guys, bit of a long one but I need advice. I’m a 24F, have been off depo now for 14 months, no period return. Before depo my periods were like clockwork, same time every month. Last month I went to the doctors as still no periods, they referred me for ultrasound, bloods and gave me pill to induce a bleed. A bleed was successfully induced, however no period this month following. bloods were all fine besides hormone levels were <1, however they said this can be expected if I haven’t ovulated. I had my ultrasound last week which the tech told me showed pcos as she could see no signs of ovulation, however could see eggs within my ovaries. wanting abit of advice really if anyone has been in the same situation. Is it possible to induce ovulation? I so want a baby.

Hi everyone! So i had my last depo shot june 2025. Im now a year off and still no period return yet? i have had 1 day of brown spotting last month but nothing since! 29th April i do have a positive clear blue ovulation test but nothing since either. Just getting frustrated now as i want to TTC but its difficult with no cycle!

Hi all. I am a 24F who is now actively TTC. I had my last depo injection June 2025, still have had no periods return, and for the last month daily i’ve been fertility testing. I’ve always had a blank circle showing low fertility until today, today i got a flashing smiley showing high fertility. Am i likely to be able to conceive with it showing that even though my periods haven’t returned? i know i do also need to see a peak fertility but i haven’t had a high fertility symbol ever.
