Advice on Polishing Stainless Steel

I'm going to polish some stainless steel parts I had laser cut from 18 gauge sheet metal.

I was looking to get some supplies on a budget. This is new to me so let me know what you think of what I've found/plan to use.

Amacupid Nylon fiber 9P deburring wheel(https://a.co/d/074kPfss). Using this to deburr parts and get a light buff. Then plan to use a cotton polishing wheel with polish compound. https://a.co/d/0iVLO7cB

I came across a 2000 grit elastic polyurethane buffing wheel and wasn't sure what the application was or if it is better than cotton wheel polishing. https://a.co/d/024RZv9p

I'm guessing I'll get better results using the deburring wheel to pre buff/deburr and then polish with compound and the cotton wheel. Rather than using the polyurethane wheel. Or maybe the polyurethane wheel should be used in between? Or maybe not even necessary?

If anyone could explain that'd be awesome. Thanks!
