Can you only get a nice round lifted butt by going to the gym?

One of my goals is to lift and round my butt but i do t have the time or money for the gym. Are there any exercises that I can do at home to get the same results and if so what and how often?

Wha am i doing wrong?

I am getting about 20g fiber, 80g of protein and am eating lean meats and lots of veggies. Why am i still so hungry? I feel like something is wrong with me. All I do is think about food. And now i have this craving for pancakes…i am only 3 days calorie counting. Does it get easier? Will i ever stop feeling hungry?

Weight Loss Realization

I based my calorie goal off my height and weight and weightloss apps say I can only eat 1200-1500 calories to experience any weight loss. That has been really hard to stick to because it doesn’t leave much wiggle room for many things. Anyways, I was chatting with CHATGPT and looking up full day meal plans in that calorie range and it asked questions as it usually does. It asked when I feel the most hungry. I said first thing in the morning and late at night. I’ve gotten in a bad habit of wanting a snack before bed. So it suggested that I front load my calories in the morning. Obviously I need to eat something really satiating and then leave room for my snack calories at night. I was mind blown as dumb as that sounds bc I always had it stuck in my head that I had to stick to a certain eating window and that late night snacks weren’t allowed. But this wasn’t all. My husband and I were talking about it because we have a two trips coming up this summer that we would like to slim down for. He suggested that we just eat two meals a day. Long story short I had this epiphany that I could eat a fairy large breakfast that would tide me over until dinner and a fairly decent dinner and still stay in my calorie allotment. AND someone on here suggested drinking a diet soda helps fill the up. I tried it and it works so i figured I’d have one in between breakfast and dinner to tide me over. Counting calories seems more doable now that I’m breaking it up into two meals instead of 3. I know some people do just one meal a day but that’s not doable for me. I LOVE breakfast and not eating dinner makes me feel ostracized from family and friends. Plus I get way too hungry. I’m sure these are all nah-duh thoughts but maybe someone will get a nugget out of it.

Just curious about some weight loss ideas

I know that CICO is a proven method for weight loss. But has anyone successfully lost weight from focusing on one or a combination of these:

- keeping blood sugar low by methods like order of eating food and incorporating fiber for a significant part of it, moving for 10 minutes after eating, taking ACV before eating, dressing your carbs ( things that Glucose Goddess recommends if you know who she is)

- focusing on total daily fiber and total protein

Just curious. I don’t want to have to track every little thing and my metabolism is generally pretty decent, i just have some postpartum weight to lose. ( 1 year postpartum)

How can I keep mice out of my kitchen?

I keep having mice in my kitchen. I am very good about keeping everything cleaned up after eating and food sealed. I have installed mouse traps and glue traps.Sometimes we catch them. I even bought the wall plugin things that are supposed to emit a frequency that keeps them away. This helped briefly. Now they are back. They get on my counter. I’m so grossed out. AND now I’m reading that this stupid hanta virus is from rodent droppings. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’ve heard that they can crawl through like a dime size hole but i don’t see any holes where i know they are coming from( behind the stove). I’m at a loss. Any help would be awesome. Also i live in a mobile home for reference. Also need to include tha I had an indoor cat for a while but he didnt help.

Has anyone use Good and Beautiful for most or all of their homeschool journey?

Has anyone use Good and Beautiful for most or all of your homeschool journey? Do you feel that it was adequate? How did your kids do as they went into college? Etc? Just want to know if it’s enough.
