They significantly buffed both and made them like Striker vs Tipping Scale but for rifles and faster firing MMRs. Breaking Point has longer while Aces and Eights has shorter cooldown and damage window.
I didn't participate in the PTS and I wonder how they compare, especially for rifles. Can anyone tell us?

I like it because Golan Gear (Chatzatz) chest is the best vest model IMO.

Komunitas Garuda ini udah lama banget sepanjang gw inget. Dulu di kaskus kayaknya ada. Kalo maen game multiplayer yang ada guildnya, gw sering cari guild "Garuda" dan biasanya nemu.
Yang jadi pertanyaan gw adalah, apakah "aslinya" masih ada sampai sekarang yang kontinu dari dulu ngga putus. Sekarang kayaknya setiap game ada "Garuda"nya sendiri-sendiri termasuk link discordnya.

Gear:
You have 70% HazPro in total (10% from the watch) and the Y8S2 seasonal mod Sand and Stone gives you the last +30% to bring your HazPro to 100%.
Outside of Y8S2, you can put HazPro on the Heartbreaker pieces to reach 100% but this will bring your CHC/CHD down.
Why this build? Although a Quantum Shield Heartbreaker can be practically unkillable, it becomes vulnerable if the enemy uses foam or shock (e.g. True Sons or Black Tusk). Hunters will often disable your shield too.
BTW, my ideal build would run a Yaahl backpack with HazPro and Vigilance, but getting such a backpack is very hard since it's not craftable.

Hey, I wanna share a relatively easy to make yet effective build for the new PvE/Toxic DZ. Backfire is recommended so you can still do decent damage. Gameplay is pretty straightforward, just deploy shield and go straight into the enemies.
This has 130% HazPro (30% is from the seasonal mod) to account for the -30% loss when you get enough toxicity. PfE is at 60% and can be increased to 70% with the Survival specialization, or even to 80% with that and a Chill Out mask. I recommend having at least 3 blue cores.
Gear:
I think there's no gameplay reason that it needs to be off.
