Today's spare ribs

Oyler pit, alder and oak, 265 for about three and a half hours. Vertical loading, spritzed with water a couple of times in the first hour, finished with a glaze before pulling. It makes me pretty happy when the smoke ring goes almost all the way through haha

I've always loved the Morton salt logo, so I made it into a backsplash.

Prints mounted on plywood, finished with polyurethane and mounted to the wall

My baking nook

A work in progress, always. Live edge maple shelving, homemade prints, and an inspiring view.

I make bbq for a living. Here's some St. Louis ribs and chicken splits. Oyler rotisserie pit, alder wood, 235, about 4.5 hours on ribs and 2.5 hours on chicken.
