What’s the easiest way to make friends. I’m a junior transfer I’m also a guy.

I’ve been crushing on this guy at the gym and last week I asked if he wanted to see a movie with me in Brooklyn and he said yes. We saw the movie and hung out afterwards. When I dropped him off he told me to text him when I got home. We then hung out again a few days later in the city and it was so much fun we had a heart to heart and I used the term “ask him out” he didn’t seem phased by it. We’re gonna hang out again soon. I want to confess my feelings to him what should I do. I don’t know if he’s even into guy
